Mind - Our basic beliefs or ideas
We believe what thought has planted, thought can uproot.
Plant your garden with care. The mind is the most powerful tool you have. What you plant today, will sprout and grow. You are the creator of your future. Uproot that which causes you pain or discomfort and fill your mind with that which makes you happy. Be the seed of change.
Thoughts become visualizations
Visualizations become formed words
Words become form
Form becomes manifestation
Our life experiences are expressions of memories replaying; some unpleasant, some debilitating. Our chakra system is the storehouse of all this programmed information. The subconscious mind is the manager and lets the body know when to trigger the effect of the expressed experience but does nothing to change it. It just replays the memory we give energy to and incorporates it into the new experience. Sometimes negative patterns keep us in a state of wondering Why Me? Why am I so miserable? Why am I so sick? Why does this always happen to me? In order to change this pattern we must stop giving energy to the thought that is painful or hurtful to our SELF. We must take full responsibility for the results of the law of cause and effect. Gandhi said, "Keep your thoughts positive, because your thoughts become your actions. Keep your actions positive because your actions become your habits. Keep your habits positive because habits become your values. Keep your values positive because your values become your destiny."
Value yourSELF and tell yourself that you are loved. Take control of your thoughts and do not give energy to the negative memories. They are part of who you are but they are not who you are. When you give energy to these painful experiences, the universe says "Oh, you are always talking about or thinking about this and so you must want more of this." The mind is a powerful tool and you can use it to your advantage, to connect with whom you really are, your true self. By recognizing unpleasant memories and releasing them (by not putting any energy to them) they will slowly detach themselves from your life and when they no longer have power over you, you can fill that space with forgiveness and love to yourself. Forgiveness for all that you have done to yourself and to others because of your pain. Love to the spirit that you are, to the divinity that is within you.
Your thoughts, right now in this moment, will become your reality in the future. You think it, you visualize it, you find the words to express it and so begins the process of manifestation. It can be as simple as the need for a new vehicle, or as complex as how you will deal with an aging parent that supplied you with the memories of your past. Do not let the unpleasant memory run your life, any unpleasant memory, because in that storehouse of programmed information that I mentioned above lies subtle wheels of energy that are receiving, assimilating and transmitting life energy to the cellular structure of the physical body. They are the web of life. By the time tension shows up as a little pain here, an extended illness there, a series of illnesses, it is your physical body telling you what is already known in the subconscious mind. It's that memory running the show again. We are spirit, we are energy, we are color and sound. We are made up of everything that we see around us in life. We are the expression of divine intelligence. It is time to cut the strings to the puppeteer. Take control and responsibility, full responsibility, for your life. It is time to love and be loved; it is time to forgive and be forgiven. Change your thinking. Change your life. Uproot, delete, remove, release, trash that which you refuse to let hold energy and remember to replace that void with an expression of a clear, pure intention for the highest good. You are loved.
