The Story of MonaVie   

I have discovered a product through my brother that intrigued me because of its formula and its body balancing properties.  This product is 100% juice, but not just any juice.  It contains 19 fruits from around the world, fruits of color variety (all the colors of the chakras - with the same vibrations of the cells of our bodies), and fruits known for their healing properties. It has more antioxidants and phytonutrients than any other product in the world. It is such a power house of nutrients that the formula has been patented.

I am always looking for and practice what is needed to bring my body, mind, and spirit into balance.  I know that the body, mind, and spirit work together and each area must be stimulated and balanced in order for the flow of energy to be at its optimum level. We are whole and we are energy and when our body, mind, and spirit are in balance we find ourselves at peace with fulfilling manifestations and good health to live a long and happy life.

There is far too much stress in today's world, combined with the not-so-good-for-us foods we consume because of our busy lives, We take vitamin supplements to replace what is missing and often times find ourselves at the doctor's office requesting medicine to repair a dis-ease that we have or to relieve a chronic pain symptom.  We know we need to slow down and pay attention, but it is not as easy as it seems.  With time, with stress, with distractions, we suddenly get a wake up call and that little pain has become a large pain, we are not sleeping as well, our labido's have bottomed out, our energy level is at the low point and we can't seem to get it back. And still we look for the quick fix.  After all, we hardly understand what makes our bodies tick. We look to doctors to "fix" it only after it is in need of repair. 

Actually, that is exactly how I got involved with the body, mind, and spirit concept.  I was on the fast track, being a wife, mom, working, taking care of the household, speeding through time and wondering when I could get off of the merry go round.  My body went into mutiny and had me reeling from one dis-ease to another. At one point I was taking medication and the symptoms actually got worse! Things would reoccur, and finally I got it.  The things that were not going well in my life were showing up as health issues.  When I started to make changes in relationships that were not working, I started to improve my thinking, to understand how my thinking was affecting my life. Things began to change for the better. I thought things would change and I believed things would change. I didn't know how, I just knew.Then a chain reaction started going on and I started to eat healthier, I started associating with positive minded people, I read...a lot...books about self and positive thinking and healing with color and sound. And now I am healthy; haven't had an illness since that time 25 years ago. But, I am aging, and my body is aging.  I'm sure it is those free radicals that attack my cells.

So, when my brother called to tell me about this product, I said sure I would try it.  He had lung surgery a few years back to remove a mass and never really completely healed from it.  He could not take a deep breath, could not climb the stairs and his energy level was rock bottom.  His son heard someone talking about this juice and he told them he was sure his dad needed it.  My brother had been drinking the juice for a little over a month, noticing increased energy along the way and then one day felt so good that he RAN up the stairs.  No more shortness of breath, no more pain in his lung.  He is a firm believer in the product, continues to drink it, and is now healthier than he has ever been.

So, I started drinking it, one ounce in the morning and one ounce in the evening.  I noticed in the first three days an increase in energy.  Within two weeks I noticed I was sleeping better and yet more energy. Within the first month I had my all day energy back, and I noticed a nagging pain in my left knee was gone.  My husband is drinking the juice and he has found his breathing is much deeper, he definitely sleeps calmer and deeper, and he doesn't snore anymore.  On a personal level he has thrown out his little blue pills.

There are two formulas, one for children under 12 and nursing or pregnant women, the other for everyone else because it has the added benefit of a plant derived glucosamine and esterified acids. Glucosamine for joint repair, and esterified acids for the all important Omega 3 fatty acids. Esterified fatty acids are more readily utilized by the body.
