Help us spread the healing experience (the return to balance)
The Body Mind and Spirit represents the principle that diversity gives us a better understanding from which we can make choices in our lives. Our dream is to make available to all who are interested in receiving, the knowledge, awareness and understanding of the power we hold inside of us to heal and be healed; to love and be loved; to give and to receive; to understand the creative power of our consciousness. To know the release of fear and insecurity; the freedom of anger and guilt, the freedom to be yourself. To have accepting, non-judgmental relationships; the manifestation of all of our goals; the expression of who we really are; to know what is true for us. To release ourselves from being the victim and to take responsibility for our choices and our actions. To connect with the source that we are all a part of - to bring us peace.
Our goal is to open a whole body healing center - healing the Body Mind and Spirit. Within this center we would have:
Body: A place to relax and return our bodies to a whole and natural balance of energy.
Mind: A place to discover who we are and develop creative expression.
Spirit: A place to quiet the mind and focus on our inner being.

We plan to purchase and transform a building in Ocean Beach, California, a serene location with beautiful sunsets and a breathtaking ocean backdrop. The center will make available the Body Mind and Spirit healing experience to all who wish to come. Some disciplines may charge a fee for their service but there will be healings as well as lectures and seminars on a donation basis to simply share our message and continue the growth of the center. The children's creative center and theatre will be to develop creative expression and appreciation of the arts and in so doing develop strong self-esteem. The labryinth and healing gardens as well as the mediation rooms will be open and available to all who wish to come.
Love is the cornerstone of our mission. We want to teach - to make available the tools to help make positive life choices. We want to teach people how to think and not what to think. We each live in the perceptions of our reality. Each imprint made on our soul throughout our lives creates the world we live in (individually). We let our minds fill with fear and insecurity, anger and guilt. Our hearts are heavy and confused. Sometimes we fear that we are not lovable. The sadness is that we live in this reality until we consciously become aware of the patterns we have formed and then choose to change. We can open our minds to the universal power and heal ourselves. We can find our higher self inside and embrace love. We believe that love is the basis and with knowledge we can each change ourselves (we can't change other people only ourselves) for the best and highest good. Life is a journey to enjoy with love, peace and freedom. We are each candles waiting to light the world. In the words of David Pomeranz' song "It's in Every One of Us":
